What sucks is, HEB tried to buy it ... Everybody loves HEB, and seeing what they did in Rice Military, an HEB in the West End would have been perfect.
But no, instead we get Wal-Mart ... probably soon to be followed by a 'King Dollar', and 'Fast, Easy PayDay Loans' store ... can't wait ... really, I can't wait ...
