I don't know how they do it half the time, but Swamplot is by far the best Real Estate Blog I've ever read. Seriously, I know it sounds like 'Real Estate Blog' could be about as exciting as watching traffic on 610 at 5pm, but seriously, Swamplot finds a way to not only make the information relevant, but entertaining as well.
Here's their post on the new Wal-Mart in my backyard ... it has way more information than I have managed to post yet ...
